How Can to make metal Ice Sinks stop sweating
okay l work at a bar as the manager and the health inspectors came and said
that our ice sink dripping it goin to cause mildew problems...but we have
to have the ice in that sink...anyone know how to prevent it from getting
on the floor?
Get a spray foam insulation company to come in and give an
estimate for the outside of the sink and other area. maybe the south wall.

you spray inside toilet tanks to stop them from sweating. same concept,
cold meets hot and you get condensation.
The easiest and best long-term solution might well be to
install a dehumidifier. They don't cost a lot, and of course they're
deductible as a business expense.
That will also make the place more comfortable for you and the patrons.
